At Anton Hazelle we are delighted we have hosted lots of unique children’s Birthday parties, which have been great fun to do and the children love what they get to make and take home with them. Parents are amazed at how involved the children become making their chocolate creations and at their levels of concentration whatever their age. We like to make the birthday child feel extra special, so we present the Birthday girl or boy with a chocolate gift made by Anton. The children wear aprons and look the part for making chocolate creations with our Head Chocolatier Anton.

Parents love the fact that all the set up is down to us, the mess can be left and no goody bags to buy, as the children take home everything they make. We are able to make certain types of birthday cake but sometimes on discussion we are unable to provide the right type of cake for the birthday child, so we allow you to bring your own cake. All other food and drink has to be provided by us on quotation. Book your child’s unique Birthday party in store and we will arrange an appointment to discuss the party details. Please note we can only accommodate a maximum of 9 children.

TIMES; We are prepared to close the Chocolaterie early on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays afternoons only. All other days we can accomodate courses in the evening from 7pm.

Terms & Conditions

Definitions
We, seller, us, our - means Anton Hazelle Ltd.
The Landlord - means The Hampden Settlement Estate.
You, customer, buyer, participant - means the person who is attending or booking the chocolate workshop/party.
Event/events - means chocolate workshop or cup cake course or party.
Event General Booking Terms
A contract is formed when the seller receives a booking for an event from the buyer via our web site or in person.
You agree to arrive on time and dress appropriately.
If you are a group booking, the person organising the group is responsible for informing everyone, when and where the
event is to be held.
Equipment for all events will be provided unless otherwise stated.
Event Payment and Pricing
All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices when necessary.
Event Dress Code and Declaration
We ask all participants to dress in an appropriate manner. We take no liability for any damage done to clothing or personal
property whilst on our premises, due to any activity connected directly, or indirectly, with our events.
Children’s Parties
At least two adults must be present at all times during children’s parties. One adult must be available at all times to
accompany children to the toilet leaving one other adult supervising the party.
Party Payments
At least 50% of the cost of any party must be paid at least one month before the event. The remainder to be paid no later
than 7 days before the event. We regret we are unable to accept payment by cheque.
Toilet
We provide toilet facilities for our customer which are used at your own risk. The Landlord and Anton Hazelle Ltd take no
responsibility for any injury resulting from the use of our toilet or injury howsoever caused on any property whilst gaining
access to our facilities. We ask that children be accompanied to our toilet facilities by one adult.
Event Date Changes
If you are unable to attend the event of your choice, cancellation fees may apply.
If you fail to turn up on the day of the event you will forfeit your place, no monies will be refunded and we will not offer an
alternative date. If we are unable to provide the event on the date stated we will notify you by email or phone as soon as
cancellation is known. We will offer either an alternative date or a full refund.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone. We can accept cancellations by e-mail or by letter.
Cancellation penalties apply as detailed:
If your booking is cancelled by you more than one calendar month prior to the event a full refund will be offered.
If your booking is cancelled by you less than one calendar month to 14 days prior to the event a refund of 50% will be given
unless we can fill your space(s) then a full refund will be given.
If your booking is cancelled by you 13 to 7 days prior to the event a refund of 25% will be given unless we can fill your
space(s)then a full refund will be given.
If your booking is cancelled by you 6 or less days prior to the event no refund will be given unless we can fill your space(s)
then a full refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel any event. We will contact you to offer an alternative date. Should a suitable alternative not
be found we will offer a full refund. If we cancel an event, Anton Hazelle Ltd cannot be held responsible for any cost
incurred in respect of any travel, accommodation or other expenses connected directly, or indirectly, with the event’s
cancellation.
Food Allergies
We use various products including nuts and wheat flour in our chocolaterie cafe. We are unable to guarantee that these will
not cause an allergic reaction. It is your responsibility to be aware of this statement. If group booking then the group
organiser must notify all persons taking part of this statement. We will not be liable for any reactions to any products used
within the chocolaterie cafe or used during the event.
Insurance
We have public liability insurance available to view on request.
Gift Vouchers / Coupons
Each voucher or coupon is valid until the date printed on it or for a maximum of one year from an issue date if no other
expiry date is printed. Gift vouchers and coupons out of date will not be accepted. However we will at our discretion and for
a administration fee of £15 re issue out of date gift vouchers / coupons for a period of four months from the application date.
If the gift voucher or coupon is specifically for an event and that event has increased in price then the difference will be due
on top of the administration fee.
Reward Cards
We are unable to accept reward cards in part payment for an event, nor can we stamp cards for event purchase or sales
during an event.
